    2021 Trade Deadline Discussion

Just to separate out the trade talk from the regular season talk.

Speculate, bash, praise or argue trade talk here.

    Gallo deal? Done?
Sometimes I feel like my sell by date expired yesterday.

What’s next? Story? I would like Berrios.

Kyle Gibson should be on the radar. He's going to add less about $4M towards luxury tax this year and $7M next year while putting up some pretty stellar numbers. Solid #2 pitcher.

A fool and his money can throw one heck of a party!

The Gallo deal is it. Payroll is at $209.7 million.

Hal would rather tear out his own eyeballs with a spoon before he pays the LT.

A Berrios/Kepler package would be a great get.

Would Schmidt, Pereira, Frazier, Breaux, Lockridge be enough?

                Has that been confirmed yet?

If you have a source............ Please share.

That would also explain the higher price in prospects cost from the Yankees.

Yeah just saw Feinsand report that on Twitter.

Whatever they do, it won’t take Gardner out of the lineup so it’s irrelevant.

Thanks John. This thread makes a lot of sense.

You can't take God out of the lineup.

                          lol at the burn there.

Why are they targeting Story? He's having a very bad year.

Here is what Cashman 100% has to do: Trade Frazier and one of Torres/Andujar and get back a good CF and/or Starting pitcher. None of them make any sense on this roster or for a team that does nothing but ruin highly touted prospects.

The AL is very weak this year and it's their best chance to get to the WS.

But Kluber and Severino should be back by September. To Cashman that is the same as trading for a starting pitcher.

I'm hearing that the LHP in the Gallo trade is no longer John King but LHP Joely Rodriguez. bummer. King looks like he has a higher upside. But the Yanks are definitely targeting LH relievers it appears, to match up against AL East lefty hitters
