RHP Marlon Vega a Cuban stand out is looking to sign to play here( MLB) . He's under 21 but i believe he played in Japan? I don't know how that plays as far as his status as an IFA?

Jeng Hyug Seok it's being reported has stated he will possibly pass on the KBO and instead look to come to sign with an MLB team. If this is the case we need IFA money quick!!

Actually, I think Yamamoto would be a straight free agent so not limited by the international fa pool, but the other two belong in this thread.

This is an avenue we should travel...No longer IMO is there a huge gap between talent from Asia to the MLB.

So the Dodgers did what i wanted the Yankees to do...They traded two minor leaguers for IFA money and then signed Seok for 900K. Asleep at the wheel again..
