Palensky bumped up to AAA. He was moving up well in the system, stayed way to long in HV but didn't do as well in AA. But I guess well enough for the promotion.

Sounds as though Drew Thorpe was experiencing some minor discomfort in his NON-throwing arm in his last start, and was removed for precautionary reasons.

WOW the Yanks placed 5 prospect in the top 16 players in the FCL... SS Roderick Arias, LHP Henry Lalane, RHP Carlos LaGrange, 2B Keiner Delgado and OF John Cruz. Lalane and LaGrange are both 6-7 power arms... LaGrange has been clocked at 102 and some feel he has more power to come..Yikes. Now he needs to control it better.

Agreed 100 pct but that's what we say about project prospects. Just a surprise to me..He was a can't miss hype guy with great bloodlines.

HV won their 3 game playoff series 2-1 to advance to the Sally League Championship series vs Greenville. The are down 0-1 in the best of 3 series.

Somerset starts their playoff series tomorrow.

Anyone know why Nelson Medina jumped 3 levels and was promoted from Tampa all the way up to SWB? Is it because SWB are out of the playoffs while HV and Somerset are playing games that are too important?
