I'm hoping to see Peraza (supposedly a better defender @ SS) get a chance at the big-league level before Volpe does.

It is an interesting news story. Some reports state they want to own up to 40 mL teams. That could be a good thing for baseball or a bad thing. I'm sure promotion of the teams will greatly increase and prices will also increase for fans.

BA has Manny Ramirez as a one to watch R5 later rd pick. He has been ranked as high as 23rd prospect in the Houston org before Covid and an injury...Nice

Yanks re signed Rob Brantley...While i don't mind him as insurance i would prefer a better receiver for AAA pitchers...A Saul Torres type...

Yanks selected Manny Ramirez.... RHP from Houston ...A power arm with little control and coming off injury....Has been ranked in teams top 30 prospects...

The media only asks softball questions to the front office, and doesn't dare bring up organizational changes.

Pressure? I'll have to take your word for it Brian.
The owner and front office have no pressure as they could just say 'the players should play better' and the media would follow. So the players do need to know how to handle the New York pressure as whenever the Yankees are not playing well, they couldn't expect any support from the owner and the front office.

    Unless you're Gardner.

Great post. I guess they mean that if you don't perform, Craig Carton will make fun of you on WFAN in between running his ticket scams.
