Just splendid photos. Thanks very much. I loved seeing the old-timers, including that fierce-swinging Honus Wagner. And also it was great to see, in his inimitable stance, His Eminence, Stanley (Cardinal) Musial.

I know this isn't a picture of Babe Ruth, but there was just a statue of him put up on ebay. Really neat one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Babe-Ruth-Ne...item2a1aaabf89

Yeah, the Bronx County Courthouse (along with the Queens County Courthouse on Sutphin Blvd., in Jamaica,) was a WPA project. I dig the sculptures on the outside.

                    If only...

Maybe the Sox wouldn't have had to wait 86yrs for a title,

I'm almost a year late here but if it was built from 1931-34, it wasn't a WPA project. The WPA launched in 1935.

I hid in the clouded wrath of the crowd, when they said "sit down" I stood up.

I have had this signed photo since I was a kid. Anyone have a guess as to how much its worth? I know nothing about these things.
