changing emails

Originally when I registered here I was able to use my Yahoo email address. Eventually I switched to an email address on my own domain, which has since expired and been sold to the spammers (I couldn't do anything about it since I didn't have enough money). Obviously, I no longer have access to said email address and I need to change email addresses. My school doesn't give out email addresses to students, and I can't get one from Optimum Online either. My only email options are what's given out for free.

I normally don't even read emails I get from here (I use the CP), but since my domain is in the control of the spammers, I fear they could use that email account to gain access to this account and do mean things with it (yes, I'm paranoid :lol.

Is there anything that can be done? I mean, I've been here almost 3 years and have almost 900 posts without a problem, so you know I'm not a bad person. I'm just afraid of my account here being hijacked.

Thanks. Actually, I can't take credit, cause I did get it right off of myspace. I had to email customer service to change my email address, and right underneath that picture it said "This message does NOT go to Tom". The picture was named antitom, so I had to go for the "Anti Tom", haha.
