If the A-rod thread were to be a sub forum it'd have more posts than ITL.

I think a thread does the trick just fine, thanks

The problem is, it isn't one thread, it spreads like a vine through other threads until a thread about a pulled hamstring Matsu suffered turns into how A-Rod fails in the clutch.

I don't think a forum is necessary, perhaps punishment if A-Rod discussions persist in non-related threads. A banning for a couple days perhaps? It is quite ridiculous to read about Melky then all of a sudden someone brings up "Melky is more clutch then A-Rod" which leads to yet another debate.

Its ESPN that accentuates it IMO.

If ESPN could talk about A-Rod and Bonds all day I truly believe they would.

True enough... it's just difficult to have so many threads because with the enormous size of our membership, we could have 30,000 threads going about any given topic, especially A-Rod... kind of hard to find a happy medium.

                  ESPN and also NOMAAS-

At what point will NOMAAS realize that "It's A-Rod's fault" is no longer funny, creative or unique?

I am glad to have BOTH Jeter and A-Rod on the team, and glad to be here.
"Jerry, It's Frank Costanza. Mr. Steinbrenner is here. George is dead. Call me back."

I think they have the same writers as SNL.

Indeed. Because it was A-Rod who caused Matsui to have a hamstring pull so he could temporarily get the heat off his unclutchness.
