    Are we allowed to Cuss??

This is a weird question, but i've seen some People swear and what not and I was wondering if theres consiquences for it?? Its no big deal but i was just wondering. Or is it mainly Veteran guys can swear here and there but n00bs like me cant . Either way it's all good. And I wont be cussing just to Cuss and i normally dont cuss anyways. I just want to make sure because i wouldnt want to get in trouble for cussing or breaking any rules. This site is the best site out there for Yankee baseball, in my opinion. By the way: Are Pms turned off for everyone? I read a thread about there was spamming and stuff and the Pms wont be turned on. Or do I need to get to a certain amount of posts before i can PM, like the 6 months 50 posts before i can start new threads and what not. Thanks Go Yankees

You cuss when I say you can cuss. Now go home and get your f****n' shinebox.

(I'm kidding I'm kidding ) There's a filter so it get's .........'d out anyway, unless you construct your words with *'s or something. Just don't cuss at people. "F**k you", not cool...whereas "Anna Nicole died, who gives a s**t?" is not bad. Also don't bash players or you'll have to go take an early shower.

as a person who pushes community standards with the cussing, my advice is to use judgement. As long as you are not attacking someone personally, it's usually okay. If you start calling someone a douchebag that you are not messing around with, you might have problems.

                  just don't overdo it.

You aren't permitted to cuss on NYYFans.com until after your 1 year anniversary. Should you ingore this, you will be shamed publicly by one or more veteran. Additionally, you must be over the age of 21. Carry on.

I never understood the word "cuss". Isn't the word supposed to be "curse"?!?
Do they mean the same thing?
