If you have an existing account and cannot log into the new forum, re-register using your EXISTING USER NAME AND ADD A COUPLE OF DIGITS OR LETTERS. Failure to do it this way will result in the new account not being approved. After the new account is approved we will try to get the old account and password fixed, then delete the new account.
