How do you get those bars with your favorite teams where the signiture goes?

Some people make their own (they're called "userbars"), but your best bet would be to look on this site (scroll down and look on the right side for the directory):

I actually gave 20 bucks to the site a few months ago, so that's why I can use the custom avatar.

2000+ posts I think you mean. You only have 4,000-something, and been a member since 07'. UNLESS, that Rasner avatar is in the database already, then my mistake.

I have to wait a little bit longer.

I actually gave 20 bucks to the site a few months ago, so that's why I can use the custom avatar.

You can buy a custom avatar for one year at any time for 20 dollars.

But to get one for free you need to be a member for 2 years or have 5,000 or more posts.

do you need an amnt of experience before acquiring a custom avatar?

Haha don't be sorry, it's just a bracket tournament. Yes, I won two other tournaments. I'm in 8th in the trivia.
