Luke Voit, Gleyber Torres, Domingo German and
A's can pick one: Dominguez, Volpe or Peraza
A's can pick one: Gill or Medina
A's can pick one: Andujar, Frazier or Garcia
Thats six pretty talented players - three everyday players and three pitchers with high ceilings, low cost, and years of control - that might be more attractive to the A's than we think.
Yanks get two yrs of control for Olson and one year for a much-needed lefty TOR starter in Manaea.
Can the Yankee organization recover from losing 6 very good players in this trade? IMO all names mentioned are expendable.
Can this Yankee offer be beat? That's not something the organization can control. The question is, what are they willing to offer?
Is this an over-pay? An under-pay? IMO it strengthens the 2022 roster and doesn't compromise future player development . Two acknowledged weaknesses, 1B, & TOR starter become strengths. Also, in a bigger picture it opens up a couple of roster spots - which is important and has value.
Couple this potential deal with the acquisition of a star shortstop (plug in your preference, cost being secondary) and we might be looking at an AL East contender.

Second, as desperately as I'd like them to obtain Olson, I think that package is too much.
