There seems to be so many variables to consider this off-season. Is the sticky stuff drama and the juiced balls part of the CBA, or separate to it?
These two aspects alone would be hugely important to any trade or FA deals this off-season. Gleyber hit 38 HRs with a juiced ball, but not much at all this past season. If more changes to the ball were made to liven it up again in 2022, then this would have to affect his value. Surely the same with pitchers and a mooted sticky stuff solution.
Can anybody see anything big happening before the CBA, sticky stuff and juiced ball decisions are made?
