    I haven't seen one since I was a kid.

Hot tip. If you can't find what you need at your supermarket, patronize local Asian markets if you have them. Most have plenty of stock and xenophobia is keeping people away. You get what you need and they get much needed help.

They've opened one of those drive-thru centers in New Rochelle.

I hid in the clouded wrath of the crowd, when they said "sit down" I stood up.

Our district sent out an automated call yesterday saying all assemblies, etc. were cancelled, and parents immediately interpreted that as schools being closed. The district spent all day fixing that situation. Now they’re talking about closing down. Im guessing we’ll be cancelling school for the next 3-4 weeks (including Spring Break).
Most of the other districts in our area have closed school already for the next two weeks, even though there hasn't been a single positive test in our entire County.

Turns out it's my town. The median age of a resident in this town is 65 so I guess it's not surprising.

So I stopped at two of them today. Neither one even carried toilet paper.

Just a reminder, even in a global pandemic, Republicans don't want to help poor people.

The Trump admin has blocked states from opening up medicaid to allow medical services during the pandemic, refusing to take steps that would allow states to quickly sign up poor patients for coverage, set up emergency clinics, and begin quarantining and caring for high-risk homeless populations.

Additionally, they're still going forward with kicking 700,000 people off SNAP on April 1st.

They've opened a couple drive-up test centers in CT (Greenwich, Stamford) but had to close and move it to new locations because neighboring businesses and tenants didn't want it next to them.

A Montgomery Ward catalog must be worth a fortune.

That's ridiculous. Nice to see we're all pulling together.

People thinking they're going to catch it from people in cars. Same people that won't eat at Chinese restaurants. Greenwich CT, the best and the brightest.
