Re: Covid-19
They've opened one of those drive-thru centers in New Rochelle.
https://www.amny.com/coronavirus/new...-new-rochelle/I hid in the clouded wrath of the crowd, when they said "sit down" I stood up.

Originally posted by Yankee Tripper View PostOur HS just announced closing. Today is last day of classes for awhile I'm guessing.
More details will follow on what they will do with respect to instruction there many or may not be online instruction. Supposed to have more details coming.
Most of the other districts in our area have closed school already for the next two weeks, even though there hasn't been a single positive test in our entire County.

Re: Covid-19
Just a reminder, even in a global pandemic, Republicans don't want to help poor people.
The Trump admin has blocked states from opening up medicaid to allow medical services during the pandemic, refusing to take steps that would allow states to quickly sign up poor patients for coverage, set up emergency clinics, and begin quarantining and caring for high-risk homeless populations.
Additionally, they're still going forward with kicking 700,000 people off SNAP on April 1st.

The cruelty is the point.

They've opened a couple drive-up test centers in CT (Greenwich, Stamford) but had to close and move it to new locations because neighboring businesses and tenants didn't want it next to them. You wanna know what? You gotta problem with Luis Cessa, you gotta problem with me. And I suggest you let that one marinate
