But last year when Trump was shoving hydroxychloroquine down our throats with zero study by anyone for treatment of Covid they couldn’t take that drug fast enough
Of course, a far better course of action would be to keep politics away from public health. Getting a shot to protect yourself and your community is not a partisan issue.

I think main stream media adding fuel to the vaccine hesitancy is a big problem.
I think elected official making ignorant statements against vaccines is a big problem.

I'm sick and tired of the selfishness. Everyone wants a government hand-out. Everyone wants the government to pay off their debts. Everyone wants someone else to pay for their needs. And now, entirely too many people are unwilling to invest a few minutes and a sore arm for a few hours to protect their neighbors. Personal responsibility has vanished in this country.Bring tea for the Tillerman; Steak for the son; Wine for the woman

Even with the Delta variant, it is still a pandemic of the unvax’d. The problem we are facing is we have a political party (screw it: REPUBLICANS) who insist on politicizing the virus. It is a moving target that requires a consistently renewed vigilance. Here’s where you can reference the chart I posted the other day in the politics thread to find out why communications out of the CDC has to be currently the hardest job on the planet.
When you have elite sports figures like football’s Lamar Jackson refusing vaccination, and Aaron freakin Judge? It only validates the idiot among us.

That's not a loophole.....it's a feature. Let's not give even MORE power to career bureaucrats.
