Ive said before they are OK from LT to RG, but it should have been a priority to upgrade at RT, especially with the financial flexibility they had. I just dont see Parker sticking there. And he's not exactly young where you can expect improvement. He's got 5 years in already and the biggest jump in performance for NFL players is going into year 3. If they dont get someone, I expect Good is going to wind up as the RT and Simpson will be LG. I felt last year it was a mistake to move Good from RT to RG for Leatherwood, at least until Leatherwood proved himself at RG.

It appears that Good being at RT might be the plan along with Simpson at LG and Leatherwood at RG. Just to keep this RT discussion from becoming an endless merry-go-round between us. I agree with you that the offensive line play has to be better in 2022. I wish they did more to improve the line personnel, but they didn't, so here we are waiting on what's next with that group.

Another Parker tidbit. On pro football reference the avg HOF score for an OT is 94.6. Parker's score after 5 years in the league is 4.6. Get Brown or Fisher or at least Reiff, like yesterday.

This is my point about the Adams deal. The difference between Adams contract and Robinson's is 22 million over 3 years. The last 2 years Gilmore's cap hit was 7 million. So instead of Adams, they could have had enough for Robinson, Gilmore for 3 years, drafted a RT at 22 and still have pick 54 for something else -- a DT or a LB. You have to spread the money around better and get the young cheap players in the draft that can step right in. The Rams should have traded for Adams cause they already are otherwise set. Andwe should have gone after Robinson.

Well, we just disagree because I wanted Adams at all cost! The Raiders brain trust felt the same way. I cant wait until I see this offense in action next season.

Parker had a PFF grade of 56 last year. I cant unlock the individual scores, but I guarantee that his run blocking grade was above 56 and his pass blocking grade was lower. He allowed the 6th most sacks and had 7th most penalties for his position, and he managed to accomplish this in 12 games. He is dreadful. One of the worst in the league at an important position. He will have to deal with Clark and Bosa and Mack.

I'm telling you what I think the Raiders brain trust might be thinking. If they're wrong which is very possible then they have to fix it.

You see? This is a cap driven league. You cant spend 70 million+ on 2 players. Not only have they lost Hill, they lost the guy who saved their D last year, Mathieu and they couldnt extend Orlando Brown. They had to franchise tag him. Why didn't they keep Hill and let Kelce go? Our chance of taking the division just went way up.
